I just feel I should make my friends aware of the opportunities I have with my Ram. So everyone knows I have owned 5 Ram trucks and have enjoyed all of them. My recent Ram is a 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie. @ramtrucks I purchased the truck from Branhaven Dodge located in Branford last August. The vehicle is equipped with the 12" fancy screen which basically controls everything. Music, Navigation, climate control, phone/apple carplay, and much much more. Since day one I have had issues with the unit. At first I thought it was me since I was getting used to all the controls. After a month of ownership I was experiencing the same problem plus more. Some examples: Nav stops working, carplay freezes, don't have access to climate control, radio volume does not adjust properly, the whole left side speakers shut off, and much more. I called Baranhaven and explained what's going on and made an appointment. They were very accommodating and supplied me with a loaner while the vehicle was at service. They had a diagnosis!!! The vehicle needs a new radio. I was relieved that it will be corrected. It took two weeks to receive the new radio. Brought the truck back and the new radio was installed. Drove off and twenty minutes into the ride all the symptoms were BACK!! I called the dealership and explained it's happening again. They asked me to come back so I did. The service adviser explained there will be an update coming to my vehicle in the next two to three days and that will correct the issues. I was okay with his reply. I waited for the update over the air and when I received it I was thrilled. Accepted the download and had my fingers crossed. Download complete!!!!! GUESS WHAT!! Nothing changed!!! Still not working correctly. Called in to the dealership and explained what happened and was told to bring the truck down. Brought the truck down and the diagnosis was another new radio!!! Held back my frustrations and rolled with the punches and waited for radio number two to arrive. I was notified by service that radio number two had arrived. Made the appointment and the new radio was installed. About 3 days after radio number two was installed all the issues magically appeared again!!!! At this point I was beside myself!!!. Called Branhaven service explained it's happening again!!! Brought the truck back in. Diagnose was a NEW RADIO!!!! In the beginning of this year radio number 3 was installed. I think everyone kind of gets where this is going!?!? Radio number 3 YUP same issues!!!! Now I asked to speak to the Service Manager. I spoke with Chad who supposedly heads the Service Team. Explained everything to Chad about what's going on. He said he will text me a link to send all the videos I have documenting the issues. He will then send my videos to the Uconnect team who is in charge of the technology of the truck back at corporate. Received the link and sent Chad the videos. I let two or three weeks go by and never heard from Chad. I called Chad and asked if he heard from Uconnect. Chad said he forgot to send the videos!!!! I was blown away. He knows I'm on radio three. This should have been a priority!!! He asked me to swing in so he can scan the truck. Last week I stopped by and Chad scanned the truck. Chad said I should hear from him in a couple of days. Its been over a week and I still have not heard from Chad!! I decided to call corporate. I gave them the whole history. I was told I need to speak to someone in Uconnect. Spoke to someone in Uconnect and I was told I need a download!!!!!! I lost it!!! I told the rep I want to speak to someone with authority!! She said there was no higher place to speak to!!! So here we are over six months owing this truck and the technology options are still not up to par!!! What should I do? Go to DMV and inquire about the Lemon Law??? Friends, be careful if you decide to buy a RAM with the 12" screen. More

What a welcoming friendly clean dealership. Everyone was very helpful especially Melanie Pagano who help me get my new Grand Cherokee Altitude.
