Chance made my first time purchasing a car the best experience possible! He was extremely kind, helpful, and informative. He is like real life Google for cars, but better!! He made the process super easy and answered all my questions clearly and in full. Chance showed me how to use all the software and was incredibly patient. He came on his day off to show me the car. Josh went above and beyond with my purchase. My fiancé and I had bad experiences with other Mazda dealerships but Tustin Mazda is not one of them. My brother who is a proud Mazda owner himself referred me to Chance as I was looking to buy my CX5 T yesterday e provided top notch customer service.
