They are polite and prompt; seem to be knowledgeable and have always fixed the problem. I’ve been able to get my vehicle pretty quickly. While I was waiting on my vehicle, a lady, who I believe worked i have always fixed the problem. I’ve been able to get my vehicle pretty quickly. While I was waiting on my vehicle, a lady, who I believe worked in another department, came and asked if I needed a water or did so. Thumbs up!!! Not about the service department - when I bought my vehicle I paid $8000.00 in extra charges and I should’ve said something way before now. That won’t happen again. Just an FYI More

Truck with 56 k miles on it . Brought it in to them . They said I had put diesel in it and they had to drop the tank and clean for 2,300. They had it for a month and a half and didn't touch it. I found out they haven't done anything with it and lied about putting a new battery on it . I took it to a local mechanic who within an hour figure ed it was a stuck open injector and the cylinder was hydrolocked .there was no diesel in the tank . More
