When shopping for my second Porsche Macan, I sent information all across the state in search of my perfect car. I worried that living hours away would complicate the purchase but Charles made it simple for me. He walked me through the steps in choosing my car, provided guidance on ideal features, and patiently addressed my indecisiveness. I really thought he must be the owner considering his level of knowledge and the amount of attention I received. He certainly went well out of his way to make sure the process ran smoothly and never made me feel like an inconvenience. He kept me updated from the point it was ordered to the point he handed me the keys. He even took time to make the delivery an exceptional experience. The whole Foreign Cars Italia staff is outstanding from Lee Stephens, the business manager, who made sure the transaction was in order to Noah Hazelwood, the Porsche Pro, who showed me how to utilize each feature.
