process was NOT stream lined. More additional papers to sign as I’m trying to drive off the lot..took HOURS to leave the establishment. Approximately five hours- almost missed my prior commitments after b sign as I’m trying to drive off the lot..took HOURS to leave the establishment. Approximately five hours- almost missed my prior commitments after being forced to sign things I would never sign. Left the dealership without the spare set of keys - thankfully Charles remembered to give them back. Paid for license plate and my 30day Tags expired. They didn’t offer another temp tag for their mistakes and I sat at home for three days They took a DC without even needing it and They promised they would return it - showed up to the establishment and the death certificate is not found and they proceed to tell me they would mail it and I have not received it! It’s been almost two weeks... Richard Kaye has been in the business for over 20years then he should know the process in and out without having to back track. He was rude to me via text. I have screen shots of his attitude and harassment. These employees do NOT listen. I told them several times I had to work and the business hours do NOT align and they pestered me EVERY day. Only making me more perturbed and irritated because I am clearly not being heard. Richard His boss Thomas are unprofessional. Thomas is gas us gas for their mistakes and I had to spend a few minutes convincing Richard to give us what we were promised. They were more worried about moving inventory then actually doing the job properly. More

Customer service didn’t start off good ... disappointing I was very excited to finally lease my dream car. Charles was my salesperson... the experience with him was fine until I was talking numbers with him. I was very excited to finally lease my dream car. Charles was my salesperson... the experience with him was fine until I was talking numbers with him. I was telling him what my budget was and asking him to ask (whoever he needed to ask) if we could take the numbers a bit lower. He started smirking and acting like I was crazy for even asking. It immediately made my whole buying mood not feel comfortable. I ended up telling him that I didn’t appreciate him mocking me. So then they handed me over to someone else. Then I had to test drive another car with Charles where this time he was obviously mad and didn’t talk to me during the test drive. When I brought it up to the next guy, he said that Charles is a young kid. If I didn’t have my heart set on this car I swear just for that experience I would have bought another brand at a dealership that made me feel special. After that, someone else contacted me (3rd person) and with him I talked numbers and got it to pretty close to where I wanted it (where Charles made me feel like it was impossible). Robert (my 3rd person) had more of the I gave you the lowest what it or not attitude... until I met him in person I wasn’t very satisfied with him either. But when I came in to sign the papers he made everything a lot better. Charles was there and never made it a point to come say congratulations or even hi -if it was up to me, I’d say Charles didn’t deserve getting my commission at all because all he did was upset me big time. At the end of the day, I really wanted my Lexus and didn’t want to let the experience I had get in the way. I’m optimistic about having a better experience with Lexus from this point forward! More
