I had an outstanding experience at the Subaru superstore of Surprise. From start to finish everyone is amazing to work with my salesman, Travis was very knowledgeable patient and made the entire process rec of Surprise. This is nothing more than an old school dealership that employs shady sales tactics that should have went the way of the big tie and polyester pants. Made a deal on a car that was magically sold overnight. An exact care right off the truck but oddly enough, the price jumped hundreds of dollars. Weird...right? (Bait and switch) Had a nice trade that they made an offensive offer on, I refused and asked for my keys, and then we had to go through a couple of other salesman to run the shell game on numbers and tell me how great their numbers were. Ended up being $500 off, in their favor, and then the old "Offer only good for today" shtick. Really? Such lame tactics. They claim they are a different dealership....they are not. The polo's and ball caps are the new crappy ties and polyester pants. There is a reason people hate the care buy process and do not trust car salesman, and this place is the poster child for that. They won't learn....profit trumps basic decency. They reached out and confirmed my opinion and decision not to do business with them. More

Alex was great; very helpful and knowledgable. The sales manager, finance guy, and everyone else at the Subaru Superstore was nice and transparent. My only issue, was when we were in with the finance person, and he showed us all of the options for the various service, maintenance, tire assistance, etc. that a customer can pay for, and be added to the overall finance cost. At that point I think my wife and I should have asked if we could be alone somewhere to discuss the options before we made a decision; unfortunately we did not think of that. Sitting in front of the finance guy inhibited us from discussing the options amongst ourselves; that's on us I guess. More
