Took 3trips to receive my my mats that was paid for . They never we did check over that I paid for because few days before I picked up car . No one told me that I would only receive one key which to this They never we did check over that I paid for because few days before I picked up car . No one told me that I would only receive one key which to this point I didn't receive my key. I was told 30 dollar less for my payment some swine's meshed with me and if pulled out lost my down payment.I never dealt with a more unfair deal in my life on a car? ????? More

Can I just tell you how much I hate car shopping! I tried to do as much as possible online because I DID NOT want to go to the dealership, but when Charles Mallard called an invited us to stop by I I tried to do as much as possible online because I DID NOT want to go to the dealership, but when Charles Mallard called an invited us to stop by I was instantly comforted by his easy going nature and kindness. I was only looking but before I knew it I was driving out in a new car. Charles was fabulous as was the whole staff. Before I knew it we were joking and talking like old friends. Arrived for an appointment to a dirty car. I think that was done so I couldn’t see the over spray on the car. I’m very disappointed. Called back talked to the used car manager. He said I can’t I think that was done so I couldn’t see the over spray on the car. I’m very disappointed. Called back talked to the used car manager. He said I can’t paint the car. I’m not asking for a paint job. I just want it to be smooth and shiny, which about half of it is not I know I didn’t buy a new car, but I wanted it to be right. Also only got one key. Two fobs, but one key. More

This place is great. I purchased a car in 2018 and dealt with Chuck Mallard so when I was purchasing a car for my daughter I called him again. He and Tori were great gett I purchased a car in 2018 and dealt with Chuck Mallard so when I was purchasing a car for my daughter I called him again. He and Tori were great getting us pre approved and was able to get my daughter in a great car for a reasonable price. Tori was kind enough to drive the car to my house because my daughter wasn’t comfortable to drive the distance. Love this place and will recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car. I have to mention Todd in financing. He explained everything in details and help me get a refund for gap insurance from my previous purchase More
