2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee service called and scheduled with Charles Sebastian an appointment. My work schedule is out of my control and Charles worked with me. Dropped off early in th called and scheduled with Charles Sebastian an appointment. My work schedule is out of my control and Charles worked with me. Dropped off early in the morning, 75K service, check transmission light, and any other service noticed by the tech folks. Charles called, my radiator has a leak, and needed attention ( too small leak, since my driveway shows no spots, etc. ). Thanks Charles for your follow up, and those of your tech folks.
