Quality people in the service department. Very kind and info Earl and Charles were informative, kind, and made me feel like I was important. Especially being a woman. Never tried to upsell. Service Center I was told Friday by the service manager to bring in my brand new truck if I wanted to. My Brand new 2500HD Denali was running low on DEF, shiftin I was told Friday by the service manager to bring in my brand new truck if I wanted to. My Brand new 2500HD Denali was running low on DEF, shifting hard, fuel injectors had a recall. Was told I could bring it in Friday but may not get to it. Leave it Saturday still may not get to it, and maybe Monday. Monday Alyson contact me before I went back to Charleston and said bring it in and they would top it off and run a diagnostic inspection. Stayed in the service bay for 2.5 hours. I called Alyson twice no return. I reached Charles and told him to just top it off. He did and told me about the recall. Kinda disappointed with GMC customer service and the fact that I paid over 70K for my truck w/ 8,000 mile on it, and it needs to be in the shop constantly! Third time in the shop for exhaust smell We have taken my 2016 Yukon Denali twice for a strong exhaust smell in the cabin. This last time it was there for four days. The technicians can’t sme We have taken my 2016 Yukon Denali twice for a strong exhaust smell in the cabin. This last time it was there for four days. The technicians can’t smell the smell and the refuse to physically inspect the vent system. We drove it off the lot smelling it and have smelled for the last three days. No repair was performed and there has been no acknowledgment of the problem. This is not just a nuisance. It is hazardous to our health. More

Fast and courteous Charles was our rep and he did a great job of explaining everything and making the process smooth. Our last experience was not ideal, but this one was. We were in and out in an hour and we were pleased. The only complaint I have is that the TV in their waiting area is terrible. Grainy and sounds terrible. Would go a long way to enhance the experience to get it fixed. More
