Took All Day Long Made extra effort to get out for an early morning appt. I noticed at 3 P.M. that no one had called to say it's finished. When spoke with Charles the work was still being done. The result was no one was available to pick up the car. To pacify me they sent a car and driver to get me. The bill was so much bigger than I expected. More

Not able to fix service lane departure sensor They were unable to fix my car. Two times I sat nearly all day. They Recommended some unnecessary work. I don't know who can fix that sensor now. 2016 Yukon Denali service Charles the service rep and Philip the service manager have done everything allowed by gmc to fix my problems. Though I have been very disappointed wi Charles the service rep and Philip the service manager have done everything allowed by gmc to fix my problems. Though I have been very disappointed with GMC corporate and the problems that have occurred with my car with very low mileage. Our corporate rep is terrible and it takes weeks to get in touch with Monet with no resolve. Master has been excellent. More
