I live 45 minutes from Augusta and drove to Augusta for a Drs appointment this morning. My car did not drive normally. It rode very rough and would jerk. As always everything was done in a professional order!! What else can I say? Everything was taken care of as fast as possible and in an orderly manner!! I could not be more pleased! However, whoever did the actual service failed to put the oil cap back on. Half way home I had to return to the shop because the engine light came on my dashboard. Mistakes happen but this makes me wonder if anything else was missed during the service. It was quickly corrected when I went back!! More

Feels Like Family It is great when you walk into a dealership and the service department knows you and your different automobiles. I sent my daughter to the dealership It is great when you walk into a dealership and the service department knows you and your different automobiles. I sent my daughter to the dealership to get a service on one of the vehicles we bought from them. Charles recognized our vehicle, pulled up our name in the system, and knew exactly what service the vehicle needed.
