Your service reminds me of vacuum cleaner.. it took from 4/29/20 until 7/16/20 to have the warranty repair completed. Given that I had only had thevehicle for approximately two weeks when I couldn’t get it 4/29/20 until 7/16/20 to have the warranty repair completed. Given that I had only had thevehicle for approximately two weeks when I couldn’t get it started, and I was only told to “call roadside assistance” is infuriating. After getting the vehicle to your so called service department, not once in two and a half months did anyone call me to update me on the status of the parts. When I called to inquire, the calls were not returned as requested. It would be interesting to know when the parts actually arrived at your facility and then why I was not notified so that a repair could be arranged. It's quite obvious to me that people are not doing what they are paid to do. More

David is the epitome of customer service. I called David is the epitome of customer service. I called Friday morning inquiring about a leak in my condenser. Charles was extremely accommodating even though I did not have an appointment but needed my car repaired for my wife’s upcoming trip. The shop was very busy, but he worked it in and got the car back to me be have an appointment but needed my car repaired for my wife’s upcoming trip.
