Engine light still on after service complete. I'm still puzzled why my check engine light is still on after service. There was a diagnostic test run but no one told me why my light was on. I need I'm still puzzled why my check engine light is still on after service. There was a diagnostic test run but no one told me why my light was on. I need that addressed at no additional cost. A diagnostic was already completed. I can't auto start my car with it on. Please assist. More

Exceptional Service That Wiil Always Be Remembered I was greeted when I arrived by Charles Williams. He made me immediately feel valued as a customer. In addition, I observed he interaction with other customers there and on the phone and his customer services skills are nothing less than exceptionsl. He makes everyone feel important and valued. He carefully listen to the service I requested and explained how my request would he addressed. He completed the service requested and spoke to the technician that would work on my car. I am an out of state customer and the courteous professionalism and service demonstrated by Charles, David Triuitt and Master Buick GMC left me with the thought of how lucky Augusta is to have Master Buick GMC. More

Not only are the service writers good at what they do, they are personable, kind and considerate. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. We have a 2017 GMC and a 2019 Buick and would not take them anywhere else. More

Car Service It took 24 hours for someone to return my call to make an appt. When I dropped my car off,they were rude & acted as though they didn't want my busines It took 24 hours for someone to return my call to make an appt. When I dropped my car off,they were rude & acted as though they didn't want my business, possibly because I didn't have an appt. They didn't finish all the work I requested. They tested the wrong FOB. I called to check on my car 3 times before the service coordinator returned my call. We had excellent service when we purchased the car & in previous service encounters.
