The "check engine coolant" light The "check coolant level" light came on continuously, and needed it fixed. The problem was not easy to diagnose, but the technicians never gave up. Job completed, but not with out hassle from service guy Charles was nice until After I told Him I had an extended Warrenty, he says “we don’t bill 3rd party. You will have to pay cash and you will have to s Charles was nice until After I told Him I had an extended Warrenty, he says “we don’t bill 3rd party. You will have to pay cash and you will have to settle with them.” (Reminder he has not even looked at the Warrenty paperwork or calling them before speaking out of terms) The employee first told me he didn’t have the part and then 5 minutes later says I can do it now if you understand you will have to pay for it today. He was short with me and was not good to deal with. It ended up being handled, and directly filed with the insurance company, but not with out me having to get mad and handling it myself with the insurance company and not taking no for an answer. More

Service Center visit. This was my first visit to the service center. I was very impressed with the hospitality and kindness everyone showed me. The time spent waiting on my This was my first visit to the service center. I was very impressed with the hospitality and kindness everyone showed me. The time spent waiting on my truck to be serviced and cost was reasonable in my opinion. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of restrooms and waiting lounge. The staff there was very helpful in letting me know what areas of my truck they were servicing and what they will be looking for on my next visit and letting me know the time needed for the repair and cost associated with my next visit. More

Awful Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile he had to get a rental when that could have been avoided. We then had to take the truck back down to have it fixed and was kept for almost 2 months and at the end of all of this still had to pay for a rental bc they didn’t have the decency to call anyone. We bought my car from them 2 years ago and after this most recent experience we will never be back. More
