I traded in the 2016 XTS and paid $25,00. 00 towards a 2021 XT4. I have driven my new car for nearly 2 months, most of the electronics does't work. The "lazy" salesmen must have assumed a 202 00 towards a 2021 XT4. I have driven my new car for nearly 2 months, most of the electronics does't work. The "lazy" salesmen must have assumed a 2021 Cadillac would by perfect so I think at his desk checked all the yes but in reality lots of things are wrong. I would never advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from Lenz Truck in Fond du Lac. More

This was the worst experience I’ve had trying to buy a truck. Charlotte seemed overwhelmed and was slow to respond. I had to call multiple times over the course of a week to try and make progress on a dea truck. Charlotte seemed overwhelmed and was slow to respond. I had to call multiple times over the course of a week to try and make progress on a deal. Once we finally got aligned, they couldn’t find the truck!!!! I waited 3 days for them to find it and it still couldn’t be located. What a mess! More

This was the easiest no hassle purchase of a vehicle I have ever bought. Charlotte was great made the purchase and trade very easy. A HORRIBLE second purchase Recently bought a used 2017 Chevy Silverado w/High Desert pkg. So far nothing wrong with truck itself. (1) When I purchased I received 1 key phob and Recently bought a used 2017 Chevy Silverado w/High Desert pkg. So far nothing wrong with truck itself. (1) When I purchased I received 1 key phob and asked if there was 2. Was told no so I purchased another through them at $125 and 4 weeks later received the other one in mail. Contacted Charlotte Pegrem who sold me vehicle if I could get a refund for the non needed purchase. NEVER RESPONDED. (2) Noticed truck was past due on oil change by sticker and computer. I was told a little over 1 qt of used oil came out when changed. (3) Just received a notice via mail about an open recall (I had a 2016 model and gotten and took care of prior to lease return). Looks like they (dealership) have gotten to big, too fast and only care about churning out trucks and not the customer. BUYER BEWARE, DISHONEST More
