He made me feel comfortable and totally at ease I just bought a 2018 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible. Glen was so kind and friendly and pressure free. He made me feel comfortable and totally at ease deciding what I wanted. Once I decided on the Beetle he turned me over to Chase who was able to find exactly what I wanted and finally working with Moe on the financing was stress free. I cannot say enough about these guys and my car is perfect!!!!! More

They spent a lot of time (days) and effort to find the perfect car for me!! And were successful!! I love my new 2018 ice silver metallic Impreza. It is perfect for me. The service was outstanding. The Dealership is beautiful. I never had to wait! I can't say enough good things about Gene, Mr. Falcone, and the finance Manager. They were all honest, knowledgeable, pleasant, smiled a lot, and yes-they were all cute! ¿¿ Thanks for the great experience! The Atlas we wanted was unavailable, however the staff did everything they could to accommodate our needs. They diligently searched for an Atlas and were in constant contact with us. They even sent pictures of options when we weren't able to drive there due to our crazy schedules. We finally found an Atlas we liked. I'm not sure anywhere else would have taken the time or effort to work with us which is why we will always be loyal to Falcone. More

He made sure all our questions were answered when he delivered us the exact vehicle we wanted. Jeff the finance manager made the paperwork simple and quick. He explained all our options but did not pressure us to purchase anything we were not wanting or prepared to purchase. Overall the reason we have returned to Falcone Subaru to purchase our third new Subaru is because of the way we are treated at the this dealer while buying our new vehicle. More

Due to certain circumstances, I had to make a rush decision when buying that car. It didn't take long to know that purchase was not the best decision for me. A friend suggested multiple times that I go to Falcone...so I did. Alex, Chase, and Moe were awesome. Chase let me take home the 2018 Tiguan for the weekend as a loaner to make sure that I felt confident in my buying decision. Alex was super knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to use all the features, something that the previous dealership did not do. He definitely knows his stuff. Moe, explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what I was signing. Granted it's been less than a week, but thus far Falcone has been exceptional. More

Chase, both Alex O and Alex M, and Jon made the purchase both friendly and courteous as always. Starting with my trade-in appraisal to closing the sale, it was a stress-free experience. I may live out west of Indy now but I always look forward to returning to Falcone Subaru/VW for my future automotive needs. Definitely my favorite dealership in the Indy metro area. Highly recommended. More

First time enjoyed buying a car! We started looking to lease another car in June. We sent emails to several dealers. When we went to get the car we were so impressed with everyone. Chase and Alex had everything ready. Moe in Finance was great. They took care of everything and got us out of there quickly. Would definitely buy from them again. We usually dread buying a car but this was a great experience! More

I was not looking forward to the haggling or the numbers to change over and over once I got to the finance office. I had no time for that.
