Around 9am on the day I was supposed to see the car, I received word that the exact car I was interested in had been sold. I get it, cars sell quickly, but I would have either put a deposit on the car or purchased the car the same day that I inquired about it rather than wait for an "appointment" to see the car while they were busy trying to sell it to someone else. I think it was unhelpful bordering on dishonest not to explain my options in seeing the vehicle the day I inquired about it. Moreover, I think it is foolish to set up "appointments" to see cars...it is not a doctors office, it's a car dealership. Needless to say, I purchased a much better, newer car at Herb Chambers of Hingham on the same day, traded in a very clean RX350, and will be purchasing many more from them in the future. My advice for Herb Chambers of Sharon is to take people seriously when they inquire about a car, and if you are going to set up "appointments" the next day for people to see the car they are inquiring about, do something to secure the vehicle like take a deposit or something, or advise them to come in that day and do the deal. I will say that I do appreciate the fact that I was notified that the car was sold out from under me before coming into the dealership and wasting my time. More

I very much appreciated the time he took to review the car and the purchasing process. Prior to this experience, I looked at a couple of different motor vehicles at other dealerships. I must say, it was the only car buying experience I have had that was stress free and the main reason why I walked out of there with a new car that day! The whole experience exceeded all of the expectations that I ever had about high-end luxury auto manufacturers. Walking into the dealership at the time of my appointment, I immediately felt a sense of pride, prestige, and ownership. I was promptly greeted by the front desk, who was so friendly. Cheryl S. introduced me to Mike C., who was my sales consultant. He was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable of this one particular Lexus model that I was there to see. He listened, advised, and followed through with his words and always made me feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the process. We went for a test drive and it was then that I realized, this would be my next car to own. My next step was meeting with Chris G., who was my finance officer. He was proficient, motivated, and diligent to find me the right loan package that complimented my financial need. Needless to say, he went above and beyond his duty to get me the best fit. Surely I initially had some reluctance of letting go of the car that I was trading in. However, the decision to move forward got easier to accept every time when I’d take a look at my brand new 2015 Lexus IS350 AWD F-Sport. After sealing the deal, I went home feeling totally satisfied with the exceptional level of professionalism, attention to details, and the consistent code of conduct exerted by Team Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. At the end of the day, I gained the confidence to believe that I received a lot of value for my business here. Overall, my pleasant experience at HCLS taught me an important lesson, which was success has a new image at Lexus. Success of this purchase consisted of no haggling involved, no tedious negotiation tactics deployed, and certainly no pressure of any means to sell me a car that I didn't approve. Upon submitting my internet search options, I was contacted by Cheryl Swanton. She was really pleasant and set up time for me to visit the Lexus dealership to see what was available in the specific price range, color and model of car that I was potentially interested in purchasing. Upon my arrival, Cheryl greeted me and introduced me to my salesman, Mark Vigor. I told him what I was looking for in regards to price and vehicle. He listened to my desires and was able to locate a few options that were within my requested parameters. Mark was very personable and made me feel very welcomed to the dealership. We chatted like old friends. I never felt like I was under any pressure to purchase, even after going for a test drive. We discussed car options, along with family, work, etc. It was such a pleasant experience. Mark walked me through everything, in great detail and allowed me to ask any questions that I had throughout the process. He was a great salesman and without hesitation, I would send others to him, if they were interested in purchasing a Lexus, with no pressure tactics involved. He was a FANTASTIC!!! Mark then set me up with Devin Teixeira to review financing options. That process was smooth as well. Devin too, was great and we chatted like old friends as well. Having had many good years with my car I knew I wanted another, now it was finding the right Salesperson. I called and spoke to Cheryl Swanton, she was nice and set me up an appointment with Sandra Zeica. We got to the dealership, it is a Majestic building, though I do feel when you enter, the doors should open on their own, like Ta Da, to call attention to the fact that..your about to have an amazing experience! We were greeted at the front desk by Sandra and escorted to her desk. Having met Sandra for the first time we found her to be professional but friendly, easy to talk to and work with, exceeding our expectations! After spending some time with us and going through our concerns she quickly came up with information and suggestions for our needs. With great assistance from Sandra, it was within an hour we had come to a conclusion of what we wanted to purchase, she made it that simple and comfortable for us. While Sandra had stepped away to get us a contract to sign, a gentleman in the showroom came over to me and said, "did I hear you say your 60 years old", I said yes, he said you don't look it, I said that's because I drive a Lexus and have been for the last 13 years. So, I recommend if you want an amazing experience and want to feel good about a purchase ask for Sandra Zeica and if you want to keep looking good, look to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon!! More
