One of the lingering effects of buying a used/new car is your peace of mind about the transaction after you’ve left the dealership. But I can truly say that I have had many opportunities to buy new/old cars your peace of mind about the transaction after you’ve left the dealership. But I can truly say that I have had many opportunities to buy new/old cars, but this is the first time buying a certified C class Mercedes Benz and having peaceful rest about the transaction! This is to the testament of an excellent sales rep, Chevist Mitchell… he went up and above the call of duty to make me comfortable about my purchase and took the time to explain all that needed to be explained about the car! I had an excellent experience at Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring. Mr. Chevist Mitchell was my sales consultant. I first met Mr. Mitchell when I visited the dealership in January 2022. I was satisfied with th Spring. Mr. Chevist Mitchell was my sales consultant. I first met Mr. Mitchell when I visited the dealership in January 2022. I was satisfied with the information and quote I received and decided to place an order for a vehicle to be built. Each month Mr. Mitchell called to provide me with an update on the status of the vehicle. Yesterday, I took delivery of vehicle and it was a smooth transaction from start to finish. Mr. Mitchell provided me with a vehicle orientation and even assisted me with setting up the vehicle in the Mercedes app. Thanks very much for the excellent customer service. More
