(Read to the end)Can't trust those guys, but at the end management got to their senses and Cheyenne made it right, The mustang i got from them had a sticker safty inspection done for all systems, later on management got to their senses and Cheyenne made it right, The mustang i got from them had a sticker safty inspection done for all systems, later on to find out the stop lights were not working, my passenger window starting to bounce up and down, side markers being so corroded they burnt and not working, main window switch being faulty. Poor craftsmanship on the $750 windows tint that i didn't want, but they said they already installed it, so they have to charge me( i wonder why was not included in advertised price then?) not even sure the $800 perma plate was installed, which they put charge as well(still not included in the advertised price) looks to me like deceptive advertising. Helld me there for hours pretending to do the recall on the camera, later on my localFord dealership to tell me, it has not been done. Very disappointed . After everything looked bad and disappointing I got contacted by Cheyenne, who took the matter seriously and did everything in her power to make things right in timely matter. Great initial sales experience- but all downhill from there. Our salesperson Cody was wonderful! HOWEVER- I would caution buyers to not expect the same level of care when it came to new car service. Duri there. Our salesperson Cody was wonderful! HOWEVER- I would caution buyers to not expect the same level of care when it came to new car service. During the purchasing portion, they were overly attentive, quick to reply to calls or text, and very helpful. Once the papers were signed there was a marked difference in customer service. On the we home that night we found an issue with the mirror control switch being loose and nonfunctioning. I called Cody the next day and he gave me the service department. I left a message but did not hear back, called Cody again after 4 days and he said he made a note directly to the service agent to contact me for a new vehicle repair. It's now been another week. I had hoped that given the great sales service we would be able to make Elder our go-to location, however obviously we will look for a more dependable dealer for this warranty repair, and more than likely for our next Ford purchase as well. PS- this review is requiring me to rat Cheyenne Lightfoot but I have no idea who that is, as I mentioned our salesperson was Cody. More
