I actually was thinking of leaving the dealership when he didn't show up by 1:45 p.m. but I chose to wait a little while longer. Chin Poon, in financial services was very nice as well however I couldn't help but feel he was pushing me into coverage giving me different scenarios of how I might regret not getting it that I felt was not necessary and I was not happy with the relentless pressure to buy more coverage. I felt it was a waste of over 30 minutes of my time due to the fact that he saw that I really wasn't interested. I should have ended this portion of the transaction as soon as I realized he was trying to make me buy more coverage. That was my fault. When people aren't interested in pursuing more mechanical coverage that should be the end of it. A Finance person should not keep trying to pursue a transaction when it's obvious the customer does not want it. More
