We scoured the internet looking for a used Sienna and our interactions with dealerships was riddled with overaggressive dealers who were not really listening to what we wanted, dealerships that just did not call back (even after I said I was ready to buy and what I wanted.... does it get easier than that?!) and vehicles that were not what was advertised. Hartford Toyota really listened to our needs/wants and were able to meet them with a 2017 (YAY me!!) for just a little bit more than the used Siennas we were looking at, but with a lifetime warranty on the powertrain. The experience there was was a seamless team approach. We appreciated their working together to find us the best possible vehicle for our family at the best possible price. They all communicated well together to know at any given moment where we stood in our van buying process. We highly recommend Hartford Toyota for your car buying and servicing needs (my husband has his 2006 Toyota 4-Runner serviced there at 200k+ miles!) More

Hartford Toyota Fixed my Tacoma! Had a problem with shimmy on my 2015 Tacoma and after having a bad experience at another Toyota dealer where they failed to fix the problem (twice) I Had a problem with shimmy on my 2015 Tacoma and after having a bad experience at another Toyota dealer where they failed to fix the problem (twice) I traveled 30 miles to Hartford Toyota to give them a try. I am very happy to say they expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem under warranty and were extremely courteous in doing so. Cheers to Hartford Toyota and team! Well done... More

Excellence service experience over the years I've been a valued customer for so many years & once again I've been treated so well. I recently had another great experience. I had brought my car in I've been a valued customer for so many years & once again I've been treated so well. I recently had another great experience. I had brought my car in and found out there was an issue with the heating control system. It ended up being a very expensive repair. Chip Benyi, service adviser reached out to the area Toyota representative to assist with cost of repair. Toyota decided to pay for the parts & the dealership paid for my labor costs. I want to thank Toyota for their generosity. I wish to commend Chip Benyi & my service adviser, Shaun Negron, for the excellent service they provided. I have told many of my friends & they were quite surprised. More
