Not happy w/ the Subaru service at all. My 2003 Lexus GX470 had no sticker or date when the oil change is due. So I scheduled one. They did not fill any fluids or put a sticker when the next one is due. Also, the the steering was very hard & squeaky. After I left my brother said the power steering fluid was almost empty. Also, I was told they would wash my car. I came out & it was basically hosed off. Dripping wet. I had a towel in the car to dry & wipe it down. The towel was was black when I was done! :( I had bought the car on Jan. 17th. The back rt. Speaker is bad & scratchy & the trim around the sunroof is rusty & falling apart. I had asked Jerry within 30 days of the sale about it. But, he did nothing. I like the car. But not impressed w/ any Service or Customer Satisfaction Service at all! .....Sincerely, Jody Dreher-Macdonald More

We always took our 2012 Subaru Forester to Lokey for maintenance. Lokey wanted us to trade it in and said they would make it an attractive deal. They asked us to come in so they could give us an accur maintenance. Lokey wanted us to trade it in and said they would make it an attractive deal. They asked us to come in so they could give us an accurate estimate of its value. Once there they mostly wanted to sell us another car and did eventually give our 2012 a trade in value of $8,000. I saw a used 2018 for sale for $26,000 on the Lokey website.. We wanted that one. Chris Baird became our salesperson. He took us to the cleaners. We ended up paying $35,117 for that 2018 Subaru advertised at $26,000. If you take out the trade we still paid $27,117 cash for a Subaru you advertised at $26,000. We also paid another $1,979 for service contracts. I will not go to Lokey to purchase another car. More
