I spent several months looking for and deciding on a new vehicle. Once the decision was made I sent requests to 8 different dealerships in Illinois and Wisconsin. While all dealerships responded, Valley Hon vehicle. Once the decision was made I sent requests to 8 different dealerships in Illinois and Wisconsin. While all dealerships responded, Valley Honda provided the clearest information and was consistent and concise when I had questions. That was not the case with all the other dealerships. The salesperson, Armondo Perez was absolutely excellent in his communication and remained professional without being pushy or demanding. The sales process was about as efficient as that process can be and I was kept informed throughout the finalization of the sale. Even though Valley Honda is remodeling, the process to test drive and deliver a new vehicle is very good. Definitely recommend Valley Honda and Armondo and will likely return in the future. More
