What a fun experience that was learning all these new tricks that this car can do. BMW sure does know how to make a car exciting. Afterwards ironically enough the car had a low tire light pop on. Without missing a beat Chris walked me over to Ethan in the service department. Going from Chris to Ethan and truly feeling in good hands was quite satisfying. He did me the courtesy of looking over all 4 of my tires personally to verify that there was no leak and in fact had just lost 2 pounds of air pressure. Who knew these sensors were so on point! He got me aired back up and reset my light in a flash and I was on my way. You guys rock. More

I had many questions and he patiently walked me through each and every detail of the car. He offered to assist me at any time with any questions I have in the future. He couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Chris used to work in the service area and I came in numerous times with nails in my tires. It happened so often, that he recognized me and seemed genuinely concerned for me when I'd appear once again with tire problems. I can't say enough about Chris. More

Over the years, my parents continued to return to Autohaus because of the relationships we have developed. Now, my husband and I are customers. We have just purchased and took delivery of our second car. We can't say enough about our experiences at Autohaus working with Bob Dedert in sales, Chris Buie with BMW Genius, and Chris Clem in service. What I will say is that if it hadn't been for Joe Bauer and Ashley Hasselbeck (I think that I spelled her last name correctly), I wouldn't have continued my business/completed the sale of my X1 35i @ this dealership. I also had good dealings with Chris Johnson regarding this same transaction. Further, I have had much better experiences with their service department than their dealership, having had 90% of the service on my 325i done there. Linda Schaefer is my preferred service rep.
