Chris Caracciolo was very rude. Chris Mazzeo took over and was great. Fire Chris Caracciolo. I waited for him and was told he was with another customer. No problem. Then he came Chris Mazzeo took over and was great. Fire Chris Caracciolo. I waited for him and was told he was with another customer. No problem. Then he came out and did not introduce himself, just immediately asked me what the problem was with the car. I told him that I answered all of those questions when I made my appointment. He got very frustrated and said he didn't have my paperwork because he just got out of the bathroom. Then started walking away and said he would get someone else to help me. I followed him inside and Chris Mazzeo took over and made it better. I was literally shaking from this encounter. I showed Chris Mazzeo that I was shaking. I did nothing to warrant such behaviour. Chris Mazzeo was great and he dealt with the issue perfectly. He is a superstar and Chris C is a real jerk. I would love to know why he acted like that. I never complain about things, but this one deserves it. He ruined my day with that terrible attitude. I gave him one star because I couldn't give him a half star. More

Service writer was very helpful! But depended on email and text notifications to communicate. I was waiting for 3 hours. I text the number provided for an update. Was told after a fe But depended on email and text notifications to communicate. I was waiting for 3 hours. I text the number provided for an update. Was told after a few minutes that an email had been sent. I still today have not received that email. I went to his desk and waited to see him for 15 more minutes. Just to have him send it to me in a text. Just a 20 yard walk to the waiting area, telling me what needs to be done. Would have been nice and possibly completed it earlier. Personal experience is better and easier to understand for me in my 70’s. More
