My husband had stopped there a couple of times to pick out our Jeep and talked to sales rep. The backup camera works sometimes. The screen on the dashboard worked for 1 day, we brought it in for service 8am the next morning, then it went out again. The $2,900 dealer package includes items not installed on our vehicle. We asked to have it removed. We were told NO. It is a complete money maker for the dealership. I called several times and asked for GM. He is never there. I left messages to have them return my call and as of today, no calls. This is our 4th Jeep purchase in Orlando. We had always used Greenway. We won’t be back to this dealership again! Frustrated and disappointed customers. We would never recommend them to anyone! More
