The sales and finance staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They respected my time, weren't pushy, and made sure that I picked the right vehicle based on my needs. I believe that the ultimate transaction proved to be a "win-win" for both parties; and it is likely that, if I should choose to purchase another vehicle in the future, it will be from this salesperson. Once the sale was finalized, I then dealt with Ed Chen. Normally, finalizing the financial details is tedious and uncomfortable; but Ed Chen made the experience as painless and pleasant experience as possible, and it was in fact a pleasure dealing with him. In the almost 50 years that I have been purchasing cars, this was without question my best experience. More

2015 Forester Rating Every one I met at Quality Subaru was very friendly. Gary was very accommodating and discussed all the features in detail of our new Subaru Forester. We had a minor service issue which made us have to comeback the next day after our purchase, however it was handled fairly quickly. The purchase price ended up higher than we intended to pay. The only negative thing for me is seeing the air bag indicator light on constantly, Ideally, the indicator light should go on then shut off after 15 seconds. It is annoying and distracting to see this message always on. I 'm thinking maybe I should have selected a turbo model instead for better acceleration.. More

Quality Subaru Staff I was not sure what kind of vehicle I wanted. The staff at Quality were exceptional. No pressure and no gimmicks or surprises...this really was the easiest and the best car purchase experience we've ever had. Very friendly, responsive, and accessible staff. I would only suggest that the online inventory be updated more frequently to accurately reflect available (i.e.-not already sold) stock for sale, but this may be due to high demand and quick turnover. More

Chris was as polite, informative and as thorough as could be. The vehicle I purchased was fairly priced and when it came time to pick up the vehicle it was like having the red carpet rolled out for you. I wo be. Chris couldn't get to the price I needed on the car that I liked so he alerted me to an incoming Outback that was in my price range. It was a different color, but one I could live with and the price w that I liked so he alerted me to an incoming Outback that was in my price range. I leased a Subaru Forester 3 years ago from another dealership and was not happy with my sales or service experience so I decided to test out Quality Subaru for my service. I have been going there for dealership and was not happy with my sales or service experience so I decided to test out Quality Subaru for my service. I have been going there for approx 2 years and Paul and the rest of the service department has always been very friendly and helpful. Fast forward to present...my lease was up and I decided to try Quality Subaru for my new vehicle. I was happy with the Subaru brand so I wanted to turn my lease in and purchase a new 2014 Forester. From the minute I walked into the showroom, Gary and the rest of the staff made me feel like I had known them forever and that they really cared about making sure I was happy with my choice. I have always HATED the whole car buying experience, but they managed to make it fun! I have never had such a positive experience and would highly recommend this dealership for all sales and service needs! More
