First Oil Change/ First Interaction We bought our first Subaru in April. Chad, our salesperson, made the experience easy, painless, and actually enjoyable; a first, and one for which my We bought our first Subaru in April. Chad, our salesperson, made the experience easy, painless, and actually enjoyable; a first, and one for which my wife and I are most grateful. The Legacy and Chad sold themselves. End of September I brought the car in for it's first oil change that was FREE. This free service was a smart way for the Service Department to solicit new customers and thus introduce themselves. Karen Prisco , my service consultant, was most pleasant and accommodating. Everything about Quality Subaru has been low key and, in a word, "nice". Hard to find that in today's hurry up world. Praise to Quality Subaru. More

Good bunch of sales people I just bought a 2015 Crosstrek and I have to say the sales process was one of the best I have had. This is NOT a no haggle dealership so if this is an I just bought a 2015 Crosstrek and I have to say the sales process was one of the best I have had. This is NOT a no haggle dealership so if this is an issue for you, im sorry. During the negotiation process I could tell these guys were honest. They weren't employing any of the typical dirty tricks and I could tell they genuinely wanted to exceed my expectations, which they did. They promised a delivery date, kept me informed and actually made good on the delivery! They scheduled my pickup so they could spend a lot of time with me explaining the car. Evan when the business office tried to sell me warranties and add on items they didn't use scare tactics to get me to buy, Its the little things such as honest salesmanship that I appreciate. In a world where companies will use scare tactics and shady business to get your money, these guys are different. You can tell the management tries to employ good sales people with a culture of good business. As most of us know, this is difficult to do in the car business. Thanks Quality Subaru More
