Awesome experience I went to trade in my 2011 Acura MDX for another. The car has been by far the best car I have owned. This would include the 3 Lexus I have owned. I was met by Chris and he walked me through the process with absolutely no pressure. Recommended a 2019 MDX certified pre owned with all of the features I was expecting. After the test drive he valued my trade very fairly and we completed the transaction. He could have tried to sell me a new vehicle for thousands more but I was sold on the one he showed me. Car buying can be a real haste., but my experience was one of fun and walked ( or drove) out feeling satisfied and happy. I would definitely go back. Chris was wonderful, honest and fair. Highly satisfied and would recommend him and Crown Acura to anyone. More
