Positive: I got a good price on the car and my trade in. Chris Prudhomme was very helpful. Negatives: * I was sold the vehicle without being told that there was a warranty issue that they knew about. I had to drive the car 52 miles to the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealer for the work. That'll cost me roughly a full day of productivity between dropping it off and picking it up. * The car's brake pads were at 15%, and the rotors needed replacing. I was not told this. * I called the Sales Manager and asked that they help me with the cost of the brakes, since I'm sure they also knew about this. He said he was "on it and will get with the GM". That was 13 days ago. I even called once during the 13 days, and he said we was going to get with the GM. I feel as though they are guilty of violating the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. I am keeping my options open. More
