Scott listened to what I wanted in a car and showed me a 2019 echo sport that I ended up purchasing that day as I fell in love with it's size, shape and features. Everyone was very nice to me. Nick did a beautiful job on paint stripping my SUV! And Scott was helpful in showing me the Navigator and the Expedition. Eric was very efficient with the paperwork. There were only a few minor hiccups that needed to be corrected before I drove the truck off the lot. The 3 things that needed to be corrected was: 1. The back left tire well cover had a gap. And I would like that replaced correctly. 2. Scott typed in the computer our address incorrectly and when he read it back I told him that it was incorrect and told him the correct address but when I went to sign the papers every page that listed our address was incorrect. It caused problems when they sent the papers up to my husband by mail. As well as getting the title and registration done with the right address. 3. After I signed the papers Eric forgot to give me the jump drive so I had to come back in to pick it up with this Covid-19 going around. More
