Yes I am starting this review with a great big red bow on my experience buying a car at this dealership from Mark Wickham. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who allowed us the time to make a very important decision buying our first Mercedes Benz GLE. It was a big decision for us and we were thankful we were not pressured in any way or bullied like we felt we were treated at another dealership. We visited dealerships in Augusta, Greenville and Columbia and the buying experience at Jim Hudson in Columbia is the best by far! Mark knows how to listen to his customers and answer questions when required. Hopefully, Mark is training your sales staff on how to make the car buying experience a good one from beginning to end. Linda and I can not say enough how much we enjoyed, yes, enjoyed buying our car from Jim Hudson. And let me express how thrilled my wife was to go out to get in her Mercedes Benz and see it sparkling and gleaming with a huge red bow on top. I've never never experienced that before in all my 30 years of car buying. More
