I sent my wife to have her oil change on our new 2025 Chevy Trax. I asked them to rotate and balance our tires and they gave my wife a hassle saying since it’s a brand new vehicle it doesn’t need it at 6 Chevy Trax. I asked them to rotate and balance our tires and they gave my wife a hassle saying since it’s a brand new vehicle it doesn’t need it at 6000 miles we wanted this done because of vibration in one of the tires after my wife calling me and putting me on the phone with the gentleman, they took it in consideration and did it. I find this very upsetting because I was at work and it disrupted me from my job just because it woman brings a vehicle in asking for service does not mean she needs to be questioned if a customer ask for something simple and part of the service in the first place it should be done the sale. Part of the vehicle was amazing but the service needs to be more attentive to customers. More
