When I have an appointment for buying or service at this dealership, I am confident it will be a positive experience. I drive 1-1/2 hours to get here from my home in Kansas. Chris Jarrett brought my last Me dealership, I am confident it will be a positive experience. I drive 1-1/2 hours to get here from my home in Kansas. Chris Jarrett brought my last Mercedes to my house and made that trade really effortless. It was nice to work with him again, and you electronics knowhow guy was the same one too (don't know his name). Point is, I was familiar with the team. I got into my car after paying for it and totally forgot I left my big coat and hat, I carry for emergency in winter, in Chris' office. He shipped them to my house. Your team is very accommodating to my handicapped wife as well. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. Six Stars. More

For many years I’ve thought the service was excellent. Recently, since the COVID shutdown, I haven’t felt the service was what Greg would like . Eddie didn’t do my last sale .I guess I misunderstood; I thought I was buying a 2022 S 580 & it was a 2021 . I wasn’t pleased with it . The last sale was handeled by someone else. The transaction was handeled pretty well . the after sale was very bad, I felt . For mayb 1000 miles it cost me 33,000$ . To get closer to what I wanted ; It took 3 calls , then a call to the sales manager to get the new car cleaned . More
