Before getting into the full review, I want to note that the service department was excellent. Aaron and Chris were extremely understanding, professional, and helpful while inspecting my vehicle. They were truly the bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience - 5 stars Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. This dealership sold me a CPO vehicle with major mechanical issues on December 15, through no fault of my own. I spent much of January being sent in circles trying to resolve the situation. My original request was a reasonable buyback with no loss of equity, especially since I had only owned and driven the vehicle for about 2½ weeks, but this was not fairly considered. Matt was helpful and professional, and I understand the situation was largely outside of his control. However, I was repeatedly told the GM, Chris Jung, would contact me. Instead, I was handed off to Bobby Long, who offered no new information and further delayed resolution. When I finally reached Chris Jung myself, his response was dismissive and amounted to the same $11,000 loss on a vehicle I hadn’t even made a first payment on when I originally came. That trade offer is well below fair market value, despite my willingness to pay more for a comparable replacement. Due to the lack of accountability and resolution, a complaint has been filed with the Attorney General. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Reason for Visit: New Sales Vehicle: 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe Overall Rating: 1.0 (Worst) The Nightmare That Was Delivered The "new" vehicle proved dangerously unreliable almost immediately, having less Tahoe Overall Rating: 1.0 (Worst) The Nightmare That Was Delivered The "new" vehicle proved dangerously unreliable almost immediately, having less than 70 miles on the odometer when it was taken out of service. Delivery Flaw: The Tahoe was returned the next day to fix a mirror that had fallen off during transport. Critical Safety Failure (Attempt 1): The day after pickup, a "SERVICE BRAKE SYSTEM" warning light came on. I returned it to the dealership that evening. Critical Safety Failure (Attempt 2 & 3): The dealership claimed to fix it. We picked it up, drove a short distance to Sam's Club, and the "SERVICE BRAKE" light immediately came back on. The car was dropped off again that night. The Cost of the Failure The Tahoe was purchased on December 3rd, and it has been sitting in Spitzer Chevy's service bay ever since. This failure stole my family's only scheduled vacation time. We were forced to cancel all our planned trips to make those cherished memories—Disney World, the Pixar exhibit, and the NYC Christmas trip are all gone. Instead, my time off was spent driving an unreliable old vehicle and dealing with this nightmare. As a small business owner, I demand reliability and integrity. This brand new, expensive 2026 Tahoe has been out of service for over 30 days, placing it squarely in Ohio Lemon Law territory. I have opened a corporate case with General Motors (GM) and am formally demanding a full repurchase (buyback) or a replacement vehicle. Spitzer Chevy sold me a defective vehicle and failed to execute basic repairs, costing my family irreplaceable time and memories. I caution any potential buyer: Exercise extreme caution when dealing with the reliability of a new Chevrolet from this dealership. More

In the last year our family has purchased 2 new vehicles from your dealership. Start to finish was given a true engaging and great experience. Even when we bring the cars for service, the service team excee from your dealership. Start to finish was given a true engaging and great experience. Even when we bring the cars for service, the service team exceeds expectations. We live approximately 50 plus miles from the dealership but still go there whenever needed. This afternoon we had to adjust do to timing and went to another Spitzer location (Lotdstown) for an oil change. Even though the work was completed in a timely manner , it was just different versus the experience at North Canton. Everyone today that I saw looked on edge and seemed uninterested in doing anything but the norm. Keep doing a great job North Canton Spitzer! More

Bought new 24 corvette from Scott Van Riper, lacked communication through out the process. Traveled 5 hrs to pick it up. Notified on the business day prior that they scratched the rear bumper install communication through out the process. Traveled 5 hrs to pick it up.
