She is an example of the absolute best sales professional that one would want to deal with! She explained EVERYTHING about the vehicle, which we really appreciated! We also dealt with Marc Strahm, the sales manager. He was so professional and great to work with! We can use the same adjectives that we used above for Danielle, for Marc! This pair together were so respectful to us and to each other. It is so great to see a working relationship like this with true respect for each other. They both made our buying experience fun! Of course, we also dealt with the finance manager, Chris Lehfeldt. He was also very respectful, caring, kind, happy, smiley, great listener, explained EVERYTHING, patient, professional, and personable. The three of these working together and the respect they had for each other and us, was one of the best buying experiences we have ever had. (and we are in our 60's!) We can't forget the young man that washed our new vehicle for us before we left!
