Certified Goodness I had often commented to our service adviser, Mike Brandvold, that I wanted to drive our Mercury Milan until the wheels fell off. Well, one of them al I had often commented to our service adviser, Mike Brandvold, that I wanted to drive our Mercury Milan until the wheels fell off. Well, one of them almost did. It was a great eight year old car with 160,000 miles on it. It sill looked an drove like new. I stopped in the dealership just to take a look at what was available. I never expected to drive away with a different vehicle. Chris and Don showed us some great cars. We liked one of the Certified Lincoln MKZ cars on the lot. The whole sales team went out of their way to work a deal that everyone was happy with. Now, I walk out of the house into the garage and see the MKZ parked where the Milan once was and I'm not disappointed. This is an amazing car that we are blessed to have. Thank you to all the folks at Klaben in Kent that enabled us to purchase this car. More
