Eric had me in the next day fixed the My 2014 f150 and my wife's 2016 fusion both had recalls. Called my salesman Chris Moldas he directed me to Eric. Eric had me in the next day fixed the the one next day fixed the other, both were done in a great timetable. Eric made everything easy fast and efficient. Also had a question about the dash on my daughters car Tom Alcorn gave great advice I was able fix it right away. The team at Klaben is awesome what else can I say. More
