Fast, friendly and Fantastic! After being in a car accident and left with no car I had to start the process of looking for a new one. Doing research for weeks on several sites I f After being in a car accident and left with no car I had to start the process of looking for a new one. Doing research for weeks on several sites I found a car at Klaben that caught my eye. I have a very demanding job that leaves me with little free time during normal business hours. I noticed that the car I had my eye on was reduced on an Internet special. I arrived at Klaben about 5pm and was greeted by one of the salespeople, Chris Moldas. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I put him on a tight timeframe. I told him that I wanted to test drive the car and I would take it if he could get me out of the dealership and back to work by 6:30pm. Chris did an amazing job getting everything together for me. As he promised I was on my way back to work by 6:30pm. I returned to the dealership at 8:45 pm that same night to sign the final documents and drove off as a proud new owner of an awesome Ford Taurus! I cannot thank Chris, Jennifer (from financing dept.) and the entire team at Klaben enough for being so accommodating to me. They definitely have a customer for life! More
