Fusion Titanium I was building out Fusion Titanium models online and Klaben had the closest match so I pulled in the lot and looked around for the car I found online. Chris approached me in the parking lot and helped me find it so I could take a look. The car had almost everything I was looking for, but not quite. He helped me add on most of the accessories I wanted. His flexible 9 to 9 hours really helped get me back to Klaben for a second visit which is when I made my decision to purchase. Based on my experience with Chris I would definitely go back again for a new car but hopefully that won't be for a long time! More

Subsequently, our service experience with Mike for the next five years was also very good. Our son has also purchased a new vehicle from Klaben and requested Chris as his salesman. We over time have kept in contact with Chris, always visiting when in for regular service. We have had a desire to purchase a MKC every since they came out and was able to make a deal. The purchase experience was very good. It is great to build a trust with a dealership which we have done. The C was a great choice for us. Extremely Helpful When I Was In a Bind I had a leased vehicle from a different dealership and was nearly at double my mileage allotment. When I talked to the original dealerships, they blew I had a leased vehicle from a different dealership and was nearly at double my mileage allotment. When I talked to the original dealerships, they blew me off and told me just to buy the car and that would be the only option. I was recommended to talk to Chris from a good friend, and he did not disappoint! From the get go, he was convinced that buying out the original car was not my only option, and probably not the best. Chris worked hard to work this from every angle and see what all of my options would be. I gave him several cars I was interested in, and what my budget was, and he delivered exactly what I was looking for. Fast, friendly and Fantastic! After being in a car accident and left with no car I had to start the process of looking for a new one. Doing research for weeks on several sites I f After being in a car accident and left with no car I had to start the process of looking for a new one. Doing research for weeks on several sites I found a car at Klaben that caught my eye. I have a very demanding job that leaves me with little free time during normal business hours. I noticed that the car I had my eye on was reduced on an Internet special. I arrived at Klaben about 5pm and was greeted by one of the salespeople, Chris Moldas. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I put him on a tight timeframe. I told him that I wanted to test drive the car and I would take it if he could get me out of the dealership and back to work by 6:30pm. Chris did an amazing job getting everything together for me. As he promised I was on my way back to work by 6:30pm. I returned to the dealership at 8:45 pm that same night to sign the final documents and drove off as a proud new owner of an awesome Ford Taurus! I cannot thank Chris, Jennifer (from financing dept.) and the entire team at Klaben enough for being so accommodating to me. They definitely have a customer for life! More
