I had a crazy work schedule that left no time for car-shopping, so I submitted an Internet inquiry. Chris promptly and consistently gave me information that proved to be accurate. Ultimately, I got a good deal on a car that I loved instead of settling for one that I could merely tolerate. Fusion Titanium I was building out Fusion Titanium models online and Klaben had the closest match so I pulled in the lot and looked around for the car I found online. Chris approached me in the parking lot and helped me find it so I could take a look. The car had almost everything I was looking for, but not quite. He helped me add on most of the accessories I wanted. His flexible 9 to 9 hours really helped get me back to Klaben for a second visit which is when I made my decision to purchase. Based on my experience with Chris I would definitely go back again for a new car but hopefully that won't be for a long time! More

We over time have kept in contact with Chris, always visiting when in for regular service. We have had a desire to purchase a MKC every since they came out and was able to make a deal.
