From calling the dealership to inquire about a car on the lot which we found on their website to setting up the test drives and finally making the purchase, Justin spent a couple of hours with us when we visited the dealership, he made sure all our needs were met and answered all our questions. We also worked with Ian Maher via telephone and e-mail for financial matters and to arrange the pickup date. Ian always responded to e-mail in a timely manner. We are not from the Albany area, but felt that working with this dealership was well worth the drive and would go back there for future purchases.
