I inquired about the car via email through the dealer's website on a Monday night after hours; received an initial call from David first thing the next morning (Tuesday); agreed to terms the very next day (Wednesday) by phone; drove 500 miles from Philadelphia, PA the following day (Thursday) with no idea what to expect or if this deal would even come to fruition; met David, Chris and CJ first thing the next morning (Friday); promptly and efficiently completed the transaction and headed back to Philadelphia in my new car by 11am. The atmosphere was very warm, friendly, professional and courteous. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and have to say this experience was by far the best and most impressive.
