I called Service and left a message to ask for a service appointment. No response. I called again another day and got no response. I called a third time, got bounced back to the central operator, and had to appointment. No response. I called again another day and got no response. I called a third time, got bounced back to the central operator, and had to ask her for a way to get ahold of someone to make an appointment to bring in work. On the appointment day, time, waiting for my car to be serviced for 4,000 mile service. Out walks a guy wearing a bright Trump 2024 hat to move the cars around. Anybody that would do that and anyone that would allow that doesn't need my money. On top of that it took 2 hours to do the routine service. Mt Ephraim service has gotten worse and worse over time, this is about the bottom. No thanks. More
