Donohoo Auto is Exactly what Everyone Says It IS!!!! When I read other reviews, I knew it was a bunch of xx. When I went to purchase my dream car, Audi A3, I was totally shocked because the salesperson M When I read other reviews, I knew it was a bunch of xx. When I went to purchase my dream car, Audi A3, I was totally shocked because the salesperson Mark was unbelievably nice and there was no pressure in purchasing the Vehicle. I drove 7 hours from Fl and was at the dealer at 9AM and test drove the car alone and had completed my purchase by 11:45 AM!! I was all stressed out about how horrible the experience would be and the fact that I may be there all day long and that I may possibly leave without a car at all. I not only purchased the car quickly and easily the 9% pre-approval rate I came in with was beaten at 8%!!! They beat my rate! I love Donohoo Auto . I recommended my brother who lives in Las Vegas to come purchase a vehicle there. Thanks Donohoo for making my dreams come true! More

Could have been Much better I arrived to meet a pre-arranged sales person. He kindly greeted me and said he was just about to get a sandwich. I, not wanting to interfere with the young man's lunch break, told him to go right ahead while I make up my mind. I never saw him again. At one point I needed to ask a question. I had to go to one of the two, Very Professional young ladies at the front desk. She said my guy was "x" and she paged him to come to his customer up front. Again, I never saw him and had to ask a different sales petson! Actially, I didn't see him until I signed the last page of my loan page. Not cool. Once I got the Mercedes-Benz home, I could smell burning oil in a big way! Not sure about that...yet. Also, the tire pressure warning came on, on the 2nd day. Needless to say, I'm very concerned about this vehicle! Jonathan, the "closer," was VERY Professional and kind! I'd give him an "A" for sure! Also, Michelle, the loan documentation lady was Great!! Answered EVERY question I had, without hesitation! She was also Very Professional and kind! The car I purchased is a beautiful, clean, car. Just, some items concern me. Overall, I give the entire transaction a, "C+." Not sure who the dealership manager is, but my advice to her/him, is more coaching & training with his sales force. More

Easy as it comes! Not at Donohoo. Trade-in value and price of vehicle was entirely fair. The professionals at Donohoo know their business, have the process down cold, and didn't skip any corners. We set aside One of the greatest aspects of working with Donohoo is the time they give you to evaluate different models and make an informed choice. We set aside an afternoon for test drives and specified we likely would not buy on that day, but, rather, we would evaluate the cars, think about the purchase, and as long as we found the right car, come back to buy. That's no problem for Donohoo. There is NO hurry-up, buy-now approach. Instead, Donohoo takes the time to answer your questions and give you the time to decide. They even pulled up the cars next to each other so we could compare them side-by-side. We particularly appreciate the information Eric Jones provided and his overall approach to working with customers. Further, the value Donohoo offered for our trade was very fair. The purchase price for the new car was great. And the financing process was seamless. Lastly, when the car was pulled up for us to take it home, it was IMMACULATE - we were thrilled with the clean and spotless interior and exterior. It was filled with gas, and a dealer rep was on-hand to answer any final questions about the car's features. This was our second purchase from Donohoo. After some time, we look forward to our third. More

I called the day before to inquire about 2 cars, and they actually had them pulled up in front and r The best experience I have ever had buying a car! I called the day before to inquire about 2 cars, and they actually had them pulled up in front and ready for me to test drive the next day. I then was considering another vehicle and my salesman had it available within minutes. About the test drive....they actually just hand you the keys and let you drive it all by yourself. I hate it when a salesperson always has to ride along with you. The best thing is there was literally no wasted time all the way through the financing completion. I was in and out of there with my new car within a couple hours, and that included 4 test drives! Best place EVER! These people REALLY have their act together!! More
