Wonderful shopping experience My car was in the shop at another dealer and was too expensive to repair, so I had to buy a car fairly quickly. Having done months of research previou My car was in the shop at another dealer and was too expensive to repair, so I had to buy a car fairly quickly. Having done months of research previously and narrowing it down to three SUV's, I had already test driven the other two, I decided to look at the Forester. I contacted Chris Smith thru the internet and arranged a test drive. He had all the info on the car ready. He very thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle before and during the test drive, probably better than any dealer I'd ever dealt with. I was very impressed with the many safety and electronic features and the handling of the Forester and with Chris, who made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. He also arranged for transportation of my old car from the other dealer to Subaru to trade in and stayed to help transfer my stuff into the new car. He also introduced me to members from the other departments I would deal with. All in all, an easy, low pressure shopping experience. More
