I was born and raised in Elgin, Illinois. I moved to Tucson in 1978 and graduated from Canyon Del Oro High School. I attended the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. Very good experience Pretty straight forward sale with nice staff. Their discounted price offer was similar to the TrueCar price so that was great. However, there was a little confusion when signing the papers; I wish we took more time to go over the final term of the loan and the itemized prices one by one because, as there was some confusion to what I thought I was getting versus what I actually got. Dealer support and service beyond compare THis is my second Subaru Outback from Tucson Subaru and I would not go anywhere else to buy a car and really why would I get anything else but a Subar THis is my second Subaru Outback from Tucson Subaru and I would not go anywhere else to buy a car and really why would I get anything else but a Subaru. Asking me specific questions on why I liked in a car, color, interior and so on they showed me the exact car I ended up buying on both occasions. I had owned a Subaru wagon years ago so already knew the quality and longevity of the cars. The 3 years with the first Subaru Outback from Tucson Subaru were great with the service department being clear and concise in their communication (thanks Dan) and always taking care of the problem. Chris reached out to me knowing I had considered upgrading to a 6 cylinder from the 4 cylinder model and he made it all work without any issues and I left the same day with my new 2017 Subaru Outback. These guys are great, go by and see what they can do for you. More

She also had a great amount of patience & I'll tell you, that extroidinary mind of hers retains a lot of information. She knew I had an appointment & hurried a bit but never broke stride. I hope my brain can hold all that information. Chris was the same way, low key & very bright. They both need a raise in pay. Chris set up my Bluetooth & told me about using all the bells & whistles.
