I was traveling from KY to FL and car went in limp mode on Sunday. Left at dealership hoping for the best. I purchased 2018 Hyundai Sate Fe on 9/30/2026, in which Carfax report showed oil change had been + inspection and vehicle was in good shape. Since I've had to change Oil & filter 3 times. I came on a Saturday where their diagnostics team isn't available, but they at least tried to get someone to check on it. I they even gave me a ride to a rental place and then to a friend's house because t available, but they at least tried to get someone to check on it. I they even gave me a ride to a rental place and then to a friend's house because the rental place was closed. Chris was very helpful throughout the whole process and recommended what to start off with so that I don't waste money on something that isn't potential broken. Compared to a different dealership I went to, this was 100x better. More
