The communication was terrible. I had to contact the service department to find out the status of my truck due to the lack of communication. Wonderful experience with Donte, who did a mobile service for our vehicle. He was friendly, professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to perform a recall service on site so we would not for our vehicle. He was friendly, professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to perform a recall service on site so we would not have to drop off our vehicle at the dealership. He had some excellent recommendations regarding maintenance. We will be requesting Donte to return for our next scheduled mobile service. More

This was my first time at Gosch Ford Temecula. My F-150 was towed in due to a coolant leak. My service advisor was Chris Vecchi and he was upfront and honest about costs, parts and repairs.
