This Dealership is tops in my book. Always has been since I bought my first new Ram 1500 truck here in 2020. I returned to purchase another new Ram 1500 2022. Kudos to this dealership for never raising their prices to ridiculous ranges. Recently inflation left them no choice but to increase across the board. I am glad the extra pinch is minimal enough to feel satisfied by me to pony up for great service and quality parts. I hope to get another new vehicle here soon. Thank you to all in the service department who work on my trucks for keeping them in great road worthy shape. More

Christian was friendly and easy to work with. However I did not receive any responses on the text line when I inquired about the status of my vehicle a few times. Was not pleased that my car came back dirty even after I specifically asked about the complimentary wash. Everything else was okay. Like I said, Christian was easy to work with. Not sure about porters and other rep I spoke with. More

Several months ago I had an oil change at this dealer. Because of shoddy customer service they apologized and threw in a free oil change. Went to get the free oil change this week. I was told the car Because of shoddy customer service they apologized and threw in a free oil change. Went to get the free oil change this week. I was told the car would be ready in 90 minutes and he would throw in a free tire rotation. Again, shoddy customer service. Five hours later, their online tracker indicated car still was not ready. Called and left message but no response. I got a ride to the dealership and the car was done. The service tech said he called me but it went to voicemail. I had no call from him, no voicemail and I asked him to show me on his phone that he actually did call. He couldn’t do it. So, now to settle up. The oil change was takes care of. But, the free tire rotation was going to cost me $78 because they included a wheel balance. This is a possible scam…. Tell you they’ll throw in a tire rotation and then stick you with the wheel balance charge. This is my 3rd Ram 1500 in 11 years. But, I will not buy another Ram because of this dealership. More
