Polite, professional, and caring are the top three words I would use to describe the employees who worked with me at W&L. I was very nervous about buying a new car. It's a big investment and not one to be taken lightly. I didn't want anyone to tell me what I wanted or needed. I had already done my research before test driving. I only wanted them to educate me further so I could make my own decision. And that's exactly what they did. Not a single person was pushy. They made logical suggestions to get me the best car for my needs without all the extras I didn't need. They also made sure I knew how to use all of the features of my new car before I drove off the lot. I was given the contact information of everyone I worked with so that I can ask them directly should I need I further help. It was an incredible experience compared to my past car-buying ventures.
